Hey there all.
I am 37, graduated with a BS in accounting/CIS in 1993, and MBA in computer information systems in 2001. I registered for the CPA in the 1990's, but never went back, wound up going the investment accounting track. Now hoping to rectify this, even though I am very late.
Would my education experience allow me to sit in NY? Does the masters need to be in accounting? And being that I have been out of the educational scene in accounting for a few years, does anyone have any ideas or methods for the best way to brush up on accounting skills before trying to sit. (for example, online programs)
Thanks for your help.
