I'd definitely recommend not using the old Becker material. A lot has changed since then so you are getting outdated information... that will probably confuse you when you see things on the exam that you studied, but are outdated. Some of my questions on the exam used multiple choice answers that were for the old rules. If you were using old material to study, you probably would have picked the answer… and it would have been wrong because the rules have changed. For example when doing pensions, under the old rules, you'd use ABO, but now you use PBO. Also, in government, things have changed. Some funds have merged into other ones and some have been deleted.
Either buy new Becker material or try a different study method. Roger Philipp is really good if you like someone who's really energized and makes learning fun.
So basically my advice is to get any other program other than outdated material.
