How close to an exam date can a candidate reschedule free of charge? I'd like to schedule an appointment to take FAR on the last testing day in February, but I'm nervous about locking in a date for this monster of a section so early when I still have so much studying yet to do.

Hey Aimee,

You may reschedule 30 or more days before your exam date free of charge.

Other charges are as follows:

5-29 days before exam date = $35

24 hours - 5 business days before exam date = $95.40

Of course, the rescheduled date also needs to fall within the date restrictions on your NTS.
