So what? This is not college. A failing grade does not haunt you for the rest of your life. A non-passing grade just means that you get to take the AUD exam again.
The most important thing to know is what you do not know. If you cannot write your problem on the back of a business card, you do not know your problem. Can you verbalize why you failed AUD? What would you change in your study methodology?
There are no failures in this CPA game. There are only people who quit. Do not be one of them. No one will care how many times you took AUD. All they will care about is if you are a CPA.
You did not waste the last two years studying. You have a very good base for passing. If I were you, I would jump back on the horse. (I failed FAR with a 68 on my first try and I am now at it again.)
Believe in yourself and in God. Discouragement does not come from God. Hope does come from God! "Commit what you do to the Lord and your plan will succeed (Proverbs 16:3)"
Take advantage of the situation. The clock is not ticking! That is an advantage. I see that you did not take FAR. FAR is the big one. I would give myself 6 months to study for FAR. Buy Yaeger Home Study, Bisk Hot Spots and beg, borrow or steal a Becker book. Take notes! Jump immediately into AUD after taking the FAR exam. Do yourself a favor. Try some different study materials for AUD and take notes.
Good Luck and God Bless. Your only job is to answer questions on the exam. It is not your job to think about your scores. You can do this!
