Dear All

I have completed B.com and MBA a full time course in India. I had sent my evaluations to FACS and applied for DE state. It has got rejected due to non completion of US federal taxation course.

I am currently in NJ.

I would like to re apply and complete CPA asap.

I read the requirements at New Hampshire State. It does not require the US Fed tax course as eligibility unlike DE state. But it says it requires "24 credits in business of which 12 must be in accounting earned "

1) Does my education comply with the State's requirement.? Please let know. Can I apply for it.? This seems the best option.

2) Most posts in the forum are saying that it is better to apply for DE state and do the Fed taxation course. But I do not have much time and would want to finish this asap.

If NH is not an option, then please provide "ONLINE COURSES" links with exact details on US federal Taxation which are faster to complete.

Most threads are providing incomplete information. Please provide exactd details such as course name, Course duration, credits earned, COurse fee.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thank u very much in advance.

My name is Leslie-Anne and I specialize in assisting candidates with state selection for the U.S. CPA exams and have been doing this for over 11 years.

You need to be careful about applying to NH.  This state requires specific work experience before they will give you the designation after you pass the exam and many international candidates will not have or expect to get this experience.

If you would like to contact me please e-mail la_cpaexcel.com or call 1-877-775-7652 tol. free North America.
