My understanding is (and I may not be 100% correct on this so as always you'll want to do your own research and not rely on what others advise) that a criminal record will only affect you if it is a felony or financially-related (which would be a felony anyway). However, some states have a "of good moral character" requirement - you may run into some trouble on that.
The best thing to do would be to contact the PA State Board of Accountancy directly to be sure but whatever you do, if you apply be sure to disclose the charge otherwise if you are allowed to complete the exam and it is discovered you hid it, you could get your license pulled.
