i already applied for my BEC section and got the NTS.my doubt is -now that i will be applying for regulation section...do i have to pay the application fees also again or only the fees for the REG section.

any help will be appreciated.

You will have to pay a "re-application" fee to get a new NTS. It's usually less than the application fee and is processed quicker.
