I'm scheduled to take the exam tomorrow. While reading through the Bulletin it says I am to bring my NTS and two forms of ID, one being a photo id. It says the names must be an EXACT match.

On my NTS, it has my first and last name. On my license its has first, middle, last and JR and on my debit card it has first, middle inital, last and JR. I just wanted to make sure I wasnt going to have any issues when I arrive at the test center

I doubt that you'll have a problem. They're probably more concerned with people who have changed their names because of marriage, etc.
