Hello, I am not from India or Saudi Arabia, but your MBA should help you to fulfill the 150 semester hour requirement (assuming the MBA gets fully evaluated by the credential evaluation agency).
But in terms of passing the exam, you'll need more than accounting and business knowledge -- tactics is also very important. The best thing you can do is to take the sample CPA questions and see if you get a good score (say around 70. 75 is the passing rate).
If not good enough, you may consider taking one of those CPA exam review courses with lectures and practice tests. No need to pick the most expensive one, just one that fits you the best. You can get the home study courses via internet or DVD.
Cheers, Stephanie
