b) Do you think my EDUCATION (below) is enough to sit for the exam?

• Baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering from the Antioquia Engineering School in Colombia (5 years of study, including 2 elementary accounting classes.)
• MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2 years. Included two Accounting classes, and several finance classes.)
• 30 non-introductory semester hours of accounting at Nova Southeastern University's Master of Accounting program. Nova is based in Florida. **I don't intend to finish the Masters degree itself, just get enough hours under my belt to sit for the exam.** The classes I've taken are:
• 3 semester-hours in Cost Accounting
• 9 semester-hours in Intermediate Accounting (levels I, II and III)
• 3 semester-hours in Advanced Accounting
• 3 semester-hours in Auditing

• 3 semester-hours in International Accounting
• 6 semester-hours in Taxation

• 6 years employed in industry, providing services involving accounting, management advisory, corporate financial forecasting and budgeting, financial advisory and consulting skills.
• Positions held: Director Financial Planning and Analysis, VP Finance, CFO
• Experience can be verified by a Florida CPA who has not been my supervisor, but who can attest that my experience encompasses the positions mentioned above.
