How long after completing all sections of the CPA exam do you have to get the required work experience and receive your license?  Here's my situation:  I plan on taking and completing all four sections by next fall.  Next fall I plan on going for my Macc and completing that before looking for employment.  Can I complete the CPA exam and wait 1 to 1 1/2 years before employment, or should i wait to take the exam until I'm closer to looking for employment?  If too much time goes by after completing the exam and receiving the required hours for license, do you have to retake the exam?
