Well, PA is one of the harder states to find a cpa job, I am a national applicant and applying to all states. I don't have any audit experience, I am going to register for the exam in either cali or deleware and try to pass the exam in 18 months, then if I find a job say in florida or texas, then I will do a re-application and transfer my exam grades over after I meet the final requirements of the state, then get the certification. If I one day meet the requirements for PA and find a job there, I will go back. First thing is to pass the exam of course, but just giving you my story.
The only thing I dont like about the CPA exam is that its limited to the US only. Its not global like the CFA or the Chartered Accountant exam. Maybe one day the CPA will be easier to use and you can use it globally, haha but that will never happen.
