Hi...........i am priya. and i live in chicago please any one know. what should i do in below situation

i am international student. i got 150 credit hour in 2008 for three years. than i started CPA. but unfortunatly still i didin't complete. and my time limit is expire in February 2011. so please any one solve my problem, should i eligible for exam after feb 2011. and what i do next

Fill re-examination invoice and reapply..
