Hi,
Is it required to have the work experience requirment in order to get the CPA certificate in Michigan? or it is only a requirment for the CPA license?

This is the e-mail I received from Michigan CPA board:
"One year of qualifying experience is required in order to secure a certificate in Michigan."
So after checking online, I will be transferring to Colorado or Illinois

Hi,
I am a Bcom,CA from India. I already passed three
sections of the CPA exam through Michigan state. Took the
last one already and am positive about the results.
Now I am thinking about the licence requirements. I read
somewhere that we need to have one year work experience
in the USA to be eligible to apply for the
licence(Michigan State).I don't have any experience in
this country.
Will I be able to transfer my scores to another state so
that I will be eligible to apply for the licence through
that state?
I am really confused and feel lost. Can someone guide me
properly?
