The prospects of me getting hired by a Big4 firm out of college is slim but how hard is it to move to a Big4 after a couple of years of experience at a smaller firm.

I know there is a lot of turnover at the Big4, so are they continually looking to bring in new ppl at the Senior and Manager level? I've heard that moving from a mid-size to Big4 they will bump you down a level. Is this generally true?

What advice does anybody have for a fresh college grad starting their career at a mid-size/regional firm hoping to gain to Big4 experience somewhere down the road.

Thanks in advance.
