Those of you who currently work at a Big 4 firm or have worked in the past pls answer this question....
For staff and associates (depending on what your firm calls the 1st years), is overtime paid at all? If not paid, do you get the extra hours you work as holiday or what? Or do you get nothing? I am so confused!!!

Big 4 firms do not pay for overtime. Some smaller firms do pay overtime, bonus for overtime, or holiday for overtime.

Thanks guys! Are there any firms out where overtime is paid? I find this funny because when I worked in Europe, you were allowed to take your overtime off as holiday!
