Does anyone have any insight on the "Inside Look" program? I received an
invitation and am interested in hearing what to expect?
Thanks!

I'm assuming you're talking about an office visit? I think KPMG calls their
summer leadership program type thing by the same name, although I'm not
sure. Anyway, assuming you're talking about the office visit, expect a dinner
on the first night. You'll stay at a fancy shmancy hotel and then the next day
you'll probably have something like a quick breakfast with some
partners/managers, a firm presentation (opportunities at the firm, etc), an
interview or two with managers/partners, and that's about it.
Good luck!

Inside Look is KPMG's formal interview program that goes something like this: Spend a night or two in a nice hotel...go to dinner with partners and managers....next day visit the office and get a presentation, tour, etc and you will go through the interview process with a 2-3 people.....usually they try to do something fun after that, like in my office they take them to get a tour of our local NFL stadium.....that night we do an office-wide event which consists of an informal "party" where we've historically brought in live music, games (think air hockey, pool, darts, foosball, etc.) and the whole office participates which gives you an opportunity to meet some of the other people in the office in a casual setting.

G8tr,
Do you know how long it takes to hear back after an event like this? I've been waiting almost a week and haven't heard anything although I know they have another round of office visits this week. Could the fact that I haven't heard be because they're waiting to interview with the rest of the candidates this week or should I assume I will not be hearing anything positive?

They make their decisions per batch of interviewees. They should get back to you within 2 weeks at most. Some are given an offer in a few hours of the interview, while some a couple weeks.
