I know that signing bonuses may be a non-issue this year, but I was curious
if anyone knew the timing of potential bonuses. Are these paid out upon
starting or upon signing?

Mine was "within 30 days of start date." But with the recession hitting my state hard, my start date was deferred about 4 months. They raised by sign on bonus and sent it to me shortly after they had given me the news.

I got offered the job through an internship and it was in a way a continuation, I guess. I was given my signing bonus at signing, as the title would imply. I think Deloitte's signing bonus was at the start of work if I recall
