Just read some of them. It's pretty true, you need a great audit team or the right kind of personality for that job. Turnover is enourmous for a reason. It can be quite miserable.

HAHAHHAHA that's actually really really funny. And kind of sad, because it's kind of true. It all really depends on your team. If you're working with good people who understand the meaning of sleep and who you can talk/joke around with, it's much easier pulling the long hours.
