I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone has any advice or have an idea of what my chances are going from a local cpa firm to a big 4 firm. The work that I do at the local firm includes filing individual, and corporation returns, and preparing financial statements for corporations but not publicly traded and non GAAP. I am currently a graduate student but at a non target school with 3 sections of CPA exam completed. Something that I see working against me is I am little older compared to other that entry level applicants im 25 going to be 26 in a few months most of new hires will be 22-23 if not younger but I look 18 lol I am asian. My graduate GPA is like 3.5-4.0 depending and this semester grades, but my undergrad is pretty bad like a 3.1

Check the Big 4 experienced hire job postings. If your experience matches what they're looking for, you would have a shot.
