Anyone know about any national training locations?

I know E&Y Southeast in Atlanta, McG is in Chicago.

Anyone know where KPMG's will be? I've heard either Orlando
or somewhere up north.

Do interns get paid 1.5x? What about FT starts - do they
get standard pay?
