Becker has an excellent overview and detailed approach which is more than thorough enough to pass the exam.
However, Wiley covers certain topics in more depth than Becker, and can be used to supplement Becker for clarification of details and a broader exam preparation.
A very popular third alternative, which is both extremely thorough and affordable, is Yaeger. Yaeger is based on the Wiley books.
Finally, when preparing for REG, you would be well advised to make serious use of the Internal Revenue Service website for the most current available information, www.irs.gov. You will find IRS forms and their instructions, as well as IRS publications explaining tax law, in a format which is designed to be understandable by the average American (as well as the typical brain-fried CPA candidate).

I passed with Becker and the IRS website. While waiting for the exam results I started making contingency plans for a re-test. I looked at Bisk, Gleim, Wiley and Yaeger. If the exam results gone against me I decided that I would pick up whatever I was lacking in the Wiley book, and supplement with an appropriate Yaeger program.
