FAR is hard for everyone, there are many concepts most of us never studied in school such as gov't acctg.
A big part of passing, is not just understanding the concepts but also understanding the assumptions AICPA makes in preparing the questions, so not only you need to know GAAP, you need to learn to think like AICPA which you can only do by doing as many questions as possible. I would aim to do 50 correct questions on a workday - and never less than 35.
If you get yourself to 90% of all MCQ answered correctly in each section of each chapter you will learn. Just make sure to take notes of the questions you answered incorrectly and review those notes - many, many times.
Utilize the forum to understand concept that are difficult.
Good luck!
