thx for help jerry....
but regarding the qualifaying experinece, did they count on the experince out side the usa ,because i did work for 3 years as a accountant out side the usa.
anyone know please...

NITCPA,

It has to be under the supervision of a licensed CPA. So if it was a licensed CPA, it may qualify. Some states require that it be under the supervision of a CPA licensed in that state so check with your state board just to be sure.
