I have to retake a section. I deleted and made a new study plan but hw q's I
answered the first time around are still showing up as "answered." How can I
reset it so it's as if it is brand new?

for the 2011 edition, click on performance summary at the bottom, select the section you want to reset and then click reset stat at the upper right hand corner.

Thanks. I actually ended up calling support yesterday and they pointed it
out. Appreciate it though.
