Hi all

I have done CA from India and I applied for CPA before from Colorado state board as in 2008 they were accepting CAs eligible for taking CPA exams.Due to some personal reasons I was not able to clear all 4 papers in time and all my credits expired.After 2 years I am all ready to retake all my exams but now Colorado board is not accepting CAs eligible so I applied to Michigan state and say it tough luck that till I applied they were accepting CAs but after I applied they changed their rule and now they consider me ineligible for taking exams.

Now I am looking for help in choosing the state here:like to which state should I apply and which is good evaluation agency?I have done M.com from India,so do I have to take any accounts classes here?

All advices are appreciated.

The good news is that you probably do have another option in terms of
state selection without having to take any extra classes but I would suggest
that you act quickly as it seems many state boards of accountancy are
tightening their eligibility rules.
