What would be a motivating factor for many of you here to go back to work in your native country? Have any of you see sites out there where candidate express a similar interest?Any help?

Are you a recruiter for real? You are collecting info. Here is my input. No motivation. My husband is from here, my daughter speaks English and forgot her native language already. My roots are here. I am US citizen and gave up my original citizenship. This is my home. But this is my situation. I am sure you will hear many different stories.

Just wanted to add- Ofcourse we do take care of relocation,comparable salary,regional focus etc.

Dhalia- You are right I do want to collect info what CPA's think...:) ? if they want to go back. I do understand ur view point and neither does my kids speaks "hindi" and neither I am going back.

I was looking for info like other Audit/Tax professionals would be similar (thinking) like other professionals or the international exposure going to a emerging markets like India/China would be a factor?and yes I am looking for places where they look for similar jobs or ideas etc..or may be they want to go as a rotation and stay for 1-2 yrs and may be come back.

And thanks Lakshmi even my thoughts were about Parents & the relations.

1. Next Great Depression in the US
2. More terrorist attacks in the US or announced draft to go to the next "great war to protect our country from the terrorist who nobody has ever seen and who carry weapons of mass destruction that we saw from our satellites, though we might have seen something else but we don't want to take any chances".
3. Boredom of living in the US (well, I like to travel and there are many countries which are more beautiful than the US)
4. My parents would need my help
5. Much higher salaries
6. US getting into new "spy" or "cold war" era with the government watching your every move.
7. US declaring the war and sending out all naturalized citizens (yeap, it's the clause in the naturalization papers)
