Long-sleeve dress shirt, pants that aren't jeans, leather shoes, belt (same
color as shoes), socks that match pants. No coat necessary, though this
might be desired if you're in a cold area. No tie necessary, though I think
ties can be business casual.
On the lower end of business casual, I think polo type shirts can be okay.
Short-sleeve dress shirts don't work for me. They look too 60's NASAish.
