in california, the criminal background form asks to describe all convictions including misdeamor, except traffic tickets. i think i've received some minor tickets for curfew, truancy, and possession of cigarettes when i was a minor. i don't remember when, where, and how many. is there any way i can find out? or can i just simply put on the form, i've received these tickets as a minor and can't remember the details? its been 15 years.

Aren't juvenile records usually sealed?

You might want to call the California Board and inquire as to whether or not
they should be disclosed, just to be sure. I don't imagine any of those
offenses are going to cause your application to be denied. Leaving them off
the application if they should be there might turn into a problem.
