Personally, I'd take the money you would spend on the program to use in an entrepreneurial way.

The University of South Florida has a great program which was ranked 5th in the country and growing fast.

Programs recognized by the Karnataka State Open University, with a
virtual classroom program, that allows you to attend classes from home, on the
internet. They have a two year MBA in Entrepreneurship
