Just curious - Anyone get a raise/bonus this year?

All the offices I know have freezes. The office that let me ago actually issued a pay DECREASE.

The staff had a choice of accepting a 5% decrease or someone else was going to get the boot. They quickly chose the pay decrease.

I'm not there anymore. I got let go before this happened. I don't want to give away the name but they are a pretty large firm. Fourth largest in the Southeast, top 35 national.
