my company ask a CPA firm for quarterly review. Our 10q has
been published on time. But now, I got the email from the
CPA firm to charge our company more fees for such reason:
"asked twice for the working trial balance" and "failed to
post the adjusting entries". Can this be the reason to
charge extra fees?

I would need more information. I'd wanna sit down and talk with the accounting firm. How much extra are we talkin'?
"asked twice for the working trial balance" needs to have more of a reason to actually charge more money. Whatever supposed "extra" time they spent getting y'all to give 'em the trial balance should have just been normal billable hours, I would think?
