Question 1:
ROI= Net Income/TOTAL ASSETS (pg 264)
ROI= Operating Income/ total FIXED assets (pg 359 sample exam)
Which is right??
Question 2: Is "Average Invested Capital" another name for Total Assets?
Question 3: Is "Invested Capital" another name for Net Assets?
Question 4: What is Net Assets? pg 279 says Net assets is Total Assets minus Current Liabilities?

All of the above are correct. The examiner is crazy. The reason of this is
because the review materials that u use wants u be aware of the
examiner's terminology. The only thing that I want you to be aware of is
that, if the examiner give you total assets, or capital for two yrs, you
should add the first year to second year and divide them by 2.
