I am using Becker to study, but I have 2008, which means the consolidation questions and simulations are all out of date. I purchased a Gleim book, but it doesn't have simulations and I'm not even sure if the questions inside will be on the new consolidation methods.

Does anyone know a resource for free practice questions and simulations. If not free, than the cheapest source available?

You can get Wiley FAR for around $40 on Amazon (make sure to get 2009, since 141R is covered in there). If you just want to see the general format, you can also see practice simulations on http://www.cpa-exam.org; this is just to acclimate you with the software, however; it's not a practice tool in terms of questions.

Thanks. I'm just trying to get a source for practice simulation questions on
consolidations. It's kind of a pain to pay $40 and possibly not even see it on
the exam though.

Check out this website:
http://www.cpareviewforfree.com/

Also, the CPA books should generally be available at your local library for free.
