Could someone please tell me when does the Parent Company
start to include the Sub's Shareholders Equity (SE) in the
consolidated BS

My understanding is that Sub's SE is eliminated while
preparing Consolidated BS at the date of acquisition and
Post Acquisition Subs SE is included in the consolidated
BS. Is that correct?

The sub's Stockholder accounts are always eliminated, and the assets and liabilities are consolidated directly with the parent's.
