I remember when I took intermediate accounting, we used this book. They have a website (without needing a username) with power point presentations as a companion to their book. They have excellent diagrams for non-monetary exchanges. Do a search for this book's student website & I'm sure you'll find it. I think this is the link.

Shaum has good intermediate accounting study guides. Pdf is available also.

OMG... me too!!! F2 is just dragging on!! It's good to know i'm not the only one. Hopefully I will be starting F3 in a few days... hoping to write the exam in a month!
