great questions !

Sorry, for not being more specific, i wanted to keep it as open ended as possible?

Well, I kinda treat Becker as the IVY league of prep courses for the CPA exam :) I am using rogers cram so a little nervous that during the exam i will be hit hard with info that i haven't seen before?

I'm assuming everything will be in the circumference of Economics,Capital Budgets, IT information system and ect. However, i just don't want to be caught on exam day with concepts and topic that i have seen in my study material.

Last Question, So is there any information that you think could possible not be on all study materials ? It seems people do worst on BEC than FAR and REG surprising ?

I would have no idea if ALL study materials are collectively missing material, let alone what the missing topic(s) could be.

If it's true, I dont find it surprising that BEC and REG have lower passing scores mainly because non-accounting topics are covered. In BEC, we have entire modules in IT and Economics. As far as REG...well I havent studied it but I think one major part is business law and the other major part are the wonderfully convoluted tax laws. In addition, both BEC and REG have a written communications and that might throw some people off.

@thestudent great analysis!

yes agreed! because of the economics and IT sections i think this exam will be harder to do. Also, yes REG covers product and personal liability along with tax law.

Well, I will continue to post to see where can go with this i am sitting July 7 i am exciting about getting back in the ring again :)

How are your studies and which topic are you on ? this questions is for anyone that is taking BEC next window!

@hotstuff23

My studies are going okay. I'm in the Financial Management (i.e. Finance) module. I should be done going through all the lectures by Monday. The toughest part so far for me are derivatives. hedging, and Time Value of Money.

I was kinda surprised that I found the economics section relatively simpler.

@thestudent

great :)

HI Team - I am currently at the library studying right now :)

I will give a good three hours in here then head home and pick up some chiense food.

I am doing a pretty good job of inhaling the economics concepts which have been a strugle, i believe these concepts to be a little more broad for me than corporate goverence and IT.

Well, next exam July 7 !!!!
