How do I enroll for BEC exam and how to find prometric center? I live in WA.

California doesn't use NASBA.  You apply directly through the California Board of Accountancy.  You want to get the first-time applicant's handbook: http://www.dca.ca.gov/cba/forms/exambk1.pdf

I have WILEY 2007 for BEC...is it enough material for preparation if I want to give exam in may after 2 months?

For 2 months now it looks like very lengthy course..

BEC isn't necessarily what you'd want to start with, because it's integrative (contains material relevant to the other 3 sections).  Wiley has a good reputation for BEC, though.

I don't think you'd need more than 2 months to study, depending on your other obligations (work/family/etc), and your background and learning style.  BEC has a strong "memorize random facts" component to it, and if you're good at that, you won't need as much time.

I studied 6 days for BEC, while working full-time, with a 3 year old at home, and passed with a 92.  There's some guy here whose total "study" for BEC consisted of listening to an audio review tape starting at midnight the night before the exam, and ending when he walked in the next morning, and he got a 74.  So if there's any section you can pass with minimal preparation, I vote for BEC.
