Just finished the construction contracts section man i wish all becker lessons were like that short and like max 15 questions lol

I want to take this exam in beginning of august, and today I'm going to finish chapter 2 which I'm not good at.
I'm study around 30 hrs a week, so I have plenty of time until august for the exam :)

I am happy to hear I am not the only one having trouble with this chapter. I have a study plan for each chapter, but this one is taking me a lot longer than I would like. The timing differences took forever to cover and the homework was awful (right around 70% the first attempt)! I'm trying so hard to not get discouraged but I feel defeated already. Hope to finish it tonight and move onto chapter three. Not too worried about consolidations since I have done them at work. Oh and yea, I plan to take FAR the second week of July. Can you say PANIC?!?

I'm just about done with FAR 2 and halfway through FAR 3 and I have FAR 4
class tonight. I think you have to work hard every day (at least 5 hours per
day). You're going to have bad days and really bad days, but eventually if
you stay committed and keep studying you'll finally understand the
concepts.
