About the Founder
CPAnet was founded in March 1996 by Brenda J. Mizgorski, CPA. She started up at a time when there were only 25 links returned when you searched the word "CPA" in YAHOO!. As of today, there are 16 million at Yahoo! and Google returns 34.6 million links).

Ms. Mizgorski has been a CPA since 1990 and has had experience running her own outsourcing practice providing services to corporations and CPA firms.  She also hold an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.  She Prior to starting her own business, she was a Business Assurance Manager with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP where she gained five years of auditing experience in a wide array of industries.
