You are rediculous.  If Keller is such "garbage" can you please tell me why 2 of my accounting instructors there passed all 4 parts of the CPA on the *first attempt* right after graduating from Keller themselves and they are now also working in very-high paying accounting careers?

Really really think about it and then when you conjure up an answer in your little brain, get back to us.

I do NOT work for Devry or Keller, but I really like Keller.

I think it's rediculous to use a sample size of 2 professors as proof that the school has quality staff. I'm not saying they don't. I just think the above statement is worthless. Watch....

"I've heard everyone who goes to Keller can't spell and fails the CPA exam on the first try. Trust me, I know 3 people who went there and they are total morons. Yet they graduated with a 3.9!"

See? It's pretty easy to make ridiculous claims no one can verify. Even though having to take someone's word on an internet board is basically necessary, when it comes to for-profit online colleges I need a bit more convincing.

How about you post names and qualifications? I might take you seriously then.

By the way...isn't the government investigating for-profit universities for the rate graduates are defaulting on their loans?

Just stop.  You're coming off desperate.  No one here is agreeing with you.  Regardless of what it is, if everyone thinks it's garbage, it's garbage.

I passed all four sections on my first attempt without a masters.  Does that mean I'm qualified to be a professor at Keller, too?

Who knew?  I thought I needed a Phd to teach MBA level course work.

Sorry, KL.  You're going to have to try harder than that.

Ha good one!

Seriously how about we IPA 100 hires as a benchmark of success not test passage rates.  Even low ranking small AACSB accredited schools many dozens of graduates each year to the top 100 accounting firms.  The school I go to is a small and low ranking AACSB accredited school. However, if you graduate in the top 20% of your class, attend BAP, and get an internship you will most likely get a job from one of the large PA firms in the area.

Dozens of partners in the IPA 100 are alumni from my school.  I have never even seen 1 partner in an IPA 100 that had only a UOP, Keller or Devry degree.   You can look up their profiles if you are interested KL.

First of all to all the readers: I am a Keller Graduate
Student. I also want to tell you guys that Keller is not
an online college. I did my undergraduate in Marketing
from City College of New York. After graduation I wanted
to study accounting and become a CPA. I compared all the
programs from the different schools: NYU, Columbia, and
Keller (please have a look at their programs). I selected
the MBA+CPA program with Keller, which eventually would
qualify me to set for the CPA exam, where the other
colleges lacked...or would have taken me longer time to
complete.

I am register with the Becker CPA review courses, also
part of my degree program.

About my professors: 90% PhD, and worked in the field:
Accounting/Finance. My finance professor Dr Ned, the
author of five Finance and Investment related books, and
CEO of the an Investment company.

I learnt a lot from accounting courses that I taken with
Keller, at the moment I am doing my Becker Review courses
and many students from NYU etc are also taking the same
courses.

Education is education, don't matter which college you
get it from. At Keller for my Tax course, the professor
teach the same course at NYU.

Two graduate from same school is not the same. Keller
allow an easy entrance, you don't have to take any exam
to get in.

If you want the best education, and learning experience,
go Keller.

Also, I just want to let anyone that can't find a JOB
right now! it's not your education, it's the economy.
When I was doing my Associate, I was offered a Job at
Bank Of America, after my internship. But now, I can't
even find an internship in accounting.
