Additional Campaign Terms
-  Media buyers: above CPM Rates are Net.
-  Minimum buy is 50,000 impressions.
-  Invoice due upon receipt for agreed-upon number of page impressions.
-  CPAnet must pre-approve text submission.
-  CPAnet reserves the right to accept or reject sponsors at its sole discretion.
